The "Find Shipment" function button allows carriers
to search for loads on the Bid Freight network based on specific
needs and criteria using an electronic template. The detailed template
allows carriers to search for shipments based on: 
- Pickup date
- HazMat, Non-HazMat
or All
- Equipment type
- Equipment size
- Origin and destination;
city, state
- Search radius
in miles
Using the unique electronic template format, carriers can save, create
new or modify existing templates. Upon completing the template, carriers
simply click on the "Find Shipments" button, automatically sending
the request to the "available shipments database." |

Bid Freight's powerful search engine filters
and streamlines the search delivering only the shipments specific
to the carriers needs. The Bid Freight Network automatically compiles
and formats the available shipment information directly into the
standard template.
The template format makes it easy for carriers
to review the information quickly and respond accordingly. By clicking
on the system-generated job number, carriers can view specific information
about the shipment such as:
- Pickup, delivery dates and location
- Specific description of cargo and value
- Equipment type, size, weight, and cubic
measurement
- Type of packaging
- Specific handling instructions
