that provides an ASP hosted load execution and procurement system
for transportation and logistics professionals. The system
tool provides both for load tendering to contracted rate and dedicated
carriers (logistics based), and for public bidding through a reverse
auction model for spot market and unfilled loads (transactional
based). Additional value adds include template storage of rate
and lane information as well as sell price information and margin
storage by lane for third parties, shipper load dispatch sheets,
on-line documentation, electronic files, back office applications
that relate to freight payment and freight audit, and an integrated
wireless trace and track offering targeted at private fleets.
